CLINICAL DATA: PVD.

AP AND LATERAL CHEST:

The study is compared with 10/13/91. The heart is unremarkable. Generally the pulmonary vasculature is moderately prominent and more prominent than on the last examination. There are no areas of consolidation. The posterior costophrenic angles are blunted. There is streaky density that projects anteriorly in the lower chest, probably in the right side that is unchanged and likely scarring.

IMPRESSION:

Mild to moderate vascular congestion and probably small pleural effusions.
