Met with patient and pts wife and obtained the following information- Mr Crawford is a 74 year old married male that resided up his wife prior to this hospitalization.  He has actie medicare and a BCBS supplement.  HE receives a monthly social security check.  Prior to hospitalization Mr. Crawford was "up and around." Spent a good part of each day watching tv.  The Crawfords have one dt and she resides at white river.  She is very supportive.  Dr. James had requested medical personel Pool, but they do not service the bale area.  I have made a referral to the Health department for daily dressing changes and a nurse aide several times a week to assist pts bath and personal care.  Ms. Crawford stated "They want to do surgery on him, but I'm not sure that a good idea."  Mr. Crawford stated " I just want to go home!"  If pt is discharged over the weekend, please call 010-0200 for the County Health Dept- I'll continue to follow
